PodcastPilot is a macOS application for multicam video podcast recording. A subscription includes a license to use the application, ongoing updates and access to the license service. The current feature set and system requirements are described on the website; the DeckLink features additionally require Blackmagic Desktop Video version 16 or newer installed on your machine, and NDI® features require an NDI source on your network.
PodcastPilot is sold to business customers (B2B) only. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade or business. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Consumer protection rules, including the statutory right of withdrawal, do not apply to business purchases.
Current prices are shown on the website (DKK on the Danish pages, EUR on the English pages), always exclusive of VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Danish VAT is added for Danish customers. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect from your next renewal.
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged at all.
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid for a started period are not refunded. When the subscription ends, the application reverts to unlicensed mode and recording is disabled.
Each license permits activation on one (1) machine at a time. You can move the license to another machine by releasing the current activation on your account page. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable and may not be resold, rented out or made available to third parties. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent the license mechanism, except as permitted by mandatory law.
An active subscription includes application updates and e-mail support at kontakt@videopeople.dk. The application validates its license online at regular intervals but keeps working offline for a grace period, so a temporary network outage does not interrupt a recording session.
The software is provided as described, and we continuously test recording reliability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every hardware and driver configuration, and we recommend test recordings before critical productions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost recordings, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-party components are used under their respective licenses; license notices are included with the application.
Our processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts at our registered office.
